The IRB has a requirement for a Contractor with the expertise and capacity to supply Change Management Specialists resources in support of our initiatives. The Contractor will be required to conduct research and support a national strategic change management strategy, which will supported by a communications plan developed for internal and external stakeholders. The Contractor will be required to provide knowledge transfer in anticipation of changes related to growth and transformation, including, but not limited to: added workload, new/change to business processes and systems, and changes to the physical work environment/location.
The focus of this work will be on IRB’s four adjudicative divisions, including: 1) Refugee Protection Division (RPD), 2) Refugee Appeal Division (RAD), 3) Immigration Division (ID), and 4) Immigration Appeal Division (IAD); as well as the Executive Director’s Sector, which provides operational support to the four tribunals, and and Chief Financial Officer’s sector, which provides corporate services and enabling functions for the IRB. It is anticipated that individual change management strategies, plans, frameworks etc will be required for specific initiatives within divisions/ED sector as well as horizontally across two or more areas.
