Chaplain Questions for RFIResponders must submit enquiries and responses to this RFI using the following email address:CBSA-ASFC_Solicitations-Demandes_de_soumissions@cbsa-asfc.gc.ca**Attention Michael CaoagasThe Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is seeking feedback from industry with respect to the provision of multi-faith Chaplain services in Immigration Holding Centres (IHCs) for persons detained under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). The information provided will help determine if the services of a multi-faith Chaplain could help contribute to the mental health and well-being of persons held in IHCs, as well as meet the Agency’s needs. Where are your locations?Please explain how all faiths are accommodated through Chaplaincy services.What is your organization’s structure in terms of providing a replacement multi-faith Chaplain resource should one be required?What relevant qualifications do your multi-faith Chaplains possess to ensure the effective delivery of multi-faith chaplaincy work?Do your multi-faith Chaplains have experience in a detention environment?
