The 628th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) requires a new Facility-Related Control System (FRCS) for generator monitoring. The current system is non-existent and needs to be a modern, secure, on-premise solution that meets all current Air Force cybersecurity standards. The primary objective of this project is to procure and install a new, on-premise generator monitoring system and replace the associated network hardware to ensure continuous, secure, and reliable operational oversight. 


All Questions are due no later than 2 pm EST 26 August 2026.


Please read and follow any instructions contained in clause 52.212-1. Also, be mindful of evaluation criteria under clause 52.212-2.


NOTE: Offeror is required to submit a priced Comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) that identifies all equipment, components, parts and materials required to complete the installation and meet the requirements. Furthermore, the BOM shall include item descriptions, quantities, unit prices, manufacturer names and model numbers (as applicable). The information provided must be sufficient to verify technical compliance and evaluate the completeness of the proposed solution.
