Chartered aircraft services to provide Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance training

The Department of National Defence (DND), has a requirement for chartered aircraft services, which include specialized communications and sensor equipment to provide Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities in support of mission commander on-job training and currency for HSI sensor operators.
DND requires the services of a modern, multi-role, ISR capable aircraft to support training requirements for a period of operations from 11 Feb to 01 March, 2023 in the vicinity of Yuma International Airport, Arizona and a second flying activity at IVO Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland from 26 March to 07 April 2023.
The RFP is only emailed to SA holders of W6399-21J415 that are pre-qualified for category 3 or subcategory 3.1. If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for Supply Arrangement W6399-21J415 before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
