Chester County Department of Emergency Services (CCDES) seeks to purchase and deploy new 700/800 MHz P25 Phase 2 TDMA AES encrypted law enforcement radios. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING A virtual pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 ET on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the RFP’s scope of services.
