Chestnuthill Township Chestnuthill Township Park Pickleball Courts 221 Route 715, Brodheadsville, PA PO Box 243, 271 Route 715 Brodheadsville, PA 18322 Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of a pickleball courts, paved path, stormwater, striping for ADA parking, and associated amenities located at 221 Route 715, Brodheadsville on property owned by Chestnuthill Township. Bids will be received online via the PennBid Program, by Chestnuthill Township, until 3 PM local time on August 28, 2025, when Bids will be opened and publicly available on PennBid. The Project consists of the clearing and grading of land for the installation of pickleball courts, installing a paved path, ADA parking spaces, stormwater management facilities, lighting, and seeding. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
