The Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) under solicitation number 36C10B26Q0226 to identify qualified industry partners for the design, implementation, and operation of a national Emergent Virtual Face-to-Face (VF2F) Network. The scope of work encompasses a modular approach to the virtual care journey, including intake and triage, clinical encounters, medical ordering, and care coordination. This RFI is for market research and planning purposes only; it does not constitute a solicitation or an obligation to purchase, and the final acquisition strategy remains undetermined. Interested vendors must submit a capability package not exceeding 15 pages by April 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. Submissions must include detailed company identification, SAM and CAGE codes, socioeconomic status, and a specific response to the requirements outlined in the project attachments. The government explicitly prohibits the use of marketing materials or generic capability statements. Responses should be emailed to Contracting Officer John Vardouniotis and Contract Specialist Elena Juliano, with the subject line Emergent Virtual Face-to-Face Network.
