The Contractor shall be responsible for internet service and maintenance IAW the issued contract. The Contractor shall provide internet/wireless connections to the Mendoza Soldier Family Care Clinic CWR area and one to the WBAMC East Clinic CWR area. Internet speed shall be reliable and able to attain no less than 200Mbps and not exceed 500Mbps. The Contractor shall need to have a presence at Fort Bliss proper to access and perform the work. Contractor will invoice monthly on a single invoice that includes all accounts. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Federal Law, New Mexico and Texas State Law(s), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Army and installation regulations. The Government reserves the right to increase/decrease number of ISP connections as deemed necessary. All changes will be addressed in a modification to the basic contract.
