NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Bids will be received by Purchasing and Consultant Contracts Services Unit of the Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) at at https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/48397/portal-home until the date and time shown in Section 2.2 “Schedule” to provide Chiller and Cooling Tower Replacement at HQ Building, in accordance with requirements of the Solicitation Documents. This project involves the replacement of the existing chiller and cooling tower system at the Valley Water Headquarters in San Jose, California. The work includes demolition of the current chilled water equipment, installation of a new water-cooled chiller and associated cooling tower, expansion tank, pumps, piping, electrical service, controls, and structural supports. Site work includes concrete pads, trenching, and modifications to accommodate the new system. The Contractor will be responsible for the startup, testing, and commissioning of all new equipment.
