AI Contract Overview
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is seeking to purchase exactly 0.57 bank credits from the Chippewa Service Area wetland mitigation bank, with no preference for wetland type. The credits may be any combination of sedge meadow, fresh wet meadow, shrub swamp, bog, shallow marsh, shallow/deep marsh, or wooded swamp, as long as the total sums to 0.57 credits and all credits are currently available. The selection of the winning bidder will be based solely on the lowest total price for the full 0.57 credit package, regardless of the composition or type of wetland credits offered. Only one bank will be awarded the entire purchase, and no splitting of the order among multiple banks is permitted. This is a one-time transaction to be finalized via a purchase order, requiring the successful bidder to provide an Affidavit of Credit Purchase and submit an invoice for payment by the WWCT. All bids must be submitted by July 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with written questions due no later than July 21, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The solicitation number is 27-581-20, and the point of contact is Konrad Plachetta.

Full Description
This is a one-time purchase and a Purchase Order will be issued. The WWCT will need an Affidavit of Credit Purchase from the bidder, similar to other bank credit sales, to document the credit sale. The bidder must then invoice the WWCT for the 0.57 credits. The WWCT would then pay the invoice.
