Christ Church Academy

The Department for Education has awarded a Pre-construction Services Agreement to McAvoy Modular Offsite Limited for the design, build, and refurbishment of Christ Church Academy. This award is part of a two-stage public works contract under Construction Framework CF25 and specifically covers the Early Supplier Involvement phase. The estimated value for this initial phase is 125,000 pounds excluding VAT, with a performance period expected to run from November 3, 2026, to April 25, 2028. It is important to note that the current contract price and expiry date are estimates applicable only to the pre-construction stage. Final terms, including the total contract value and completion date, will be confirmed upon the progression to detailed design and the final agreement of the works under a JCT Design and Build contract.
