CBP is dependent upon information from data processing systems to fulfill its mission. The dynamic growth, shifting patterns, resource deficits, and the expanding use of trade information by customers and end users in both the private and public sector have placed increased performance requirements on the systems. Therefore, there is an escalating requirement for technically efficient data processing systems to perform and meet USBP’s mission.
