The Town of Glastonbury will receive on-line bids to perform removal and replacement of an existing 4” cast iron force main of approximately 1,000± L.F. with a 4” HDPE SDR11 Thermal Butt Fused force main located on Cider Mill Road in Glastonbury. Additional work includes furnishing, installing and maintaining a temporary sanitary sewer bypass and pavement restoration. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid except as otherwise expressly provided in the Instruction to Bidders.
