NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENTThe Strategic Medical Countermeasures Program on behalf of the Canadian Forces Health Services Group, Department of National Defence, has a requirement for injectable Ciprofloxacin, NSN 6505-21-920-8323, for the treatment of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members who may have been exposed to bacterial biological warfare agents, to be delivered to Petawawa, Ontario.The initial purchase is for 10,080 mini-bags to be delivered no later than 31 March 2023. There are three (3) options to purchase an additional 10,080 mini-bags per year to maintain the stockpile. The total quantities requested is 40,320 mini-bags over the entire contract period.The contract period will be from the date of Contract Award to 31 March 2026.Canada retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.NOTE TO BIDDERS:Procurement Assistance Canada offers seminars to businesses interested in learning how to sell goods and services to the Government of Canada.
