CIRCUIT BREAKER

The contract is for the procurement of seven circuit breakers with NSN 5925-01-065-9765 under solicitation SPE7M5-26-T-306X, issued by the Department of Defense’s Active Devices Division. The items must comply with DLA packaging and technical requirements as defined in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with specific restrictions prohibiting intentional addition or direct contact of mercury or mercury-containing compounds, except in approved applications such as batteries, fluorescent lamps, sensors, and weapon systems, with portable mercury-containing devices requiring shockproof construction and secondary containment per NAVSEA 5100-003D. Delivery is required within 72 days to the DLA Distribution facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, with FOB origin terms and zero variance allowed in quantity. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E and marking must follow MIL-STD-129 with no special marking required. Inspection and acceptance occur at the destination, and hazardous material shipping procedures are governed by DLAD Proc Note C19 and C20.
