CIRCUIT BREAKER

This contract specifies the procurement of three circuit breakers with NSN 5925-01-730-8057 under solicitation SPE7M5-26-T-319V, requiring delivery within 168 days to the DLA Distribution facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The items must be furnished FOB origin with no tolerance for quantity variance, inspected and accepted at the destination. Packaging and labeling must strictly follow DLA’s Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, MIL-STD-129, and RP001 for packaging, superseding ASTM D3951 where applicable.
