Performance is F.O.B. destination at Roan Mountain State Park, Tennessee, with acceptance determined by the State after final inspection, and payment is contingent upon successful completion. The contractor must maintain commercial general liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, auto liability of $1 million, and workers’ compensation as required by law, naming the State as an additional insured with a waiver of subrogation. Deductibles exceeding $50,000 require prior approval. The contractor must be licensed under Tennessee’s Contractors Licensing Act of 1994, refrain from employing undocumented workers, avoid any involvement in a boycott of Israel, and certify compliance with the Tennessee Iran Divestment Act and restrictions on foreign adversary companies.
