FAR 6.302-1(c) is being invoked to limit sources to only MFR: Cisco. and set-aside for small business under NIACS 334210. See Brand Name Justification (Attachment A) Technical specifications include that quoted part number is a Brand name match to the requested part numbers, compliant to markings and delivery schedule. Also, vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through vendor portal or EDI. Items are subject to review by the Northeast and Caribbean Supply & Acquisition Technical Branch and the customer prior to award.
