Scope: The City of Clovis is requesting proposals from interested and qualified Cisco partner vendors for the purchase of specified networking equipment as listed on the Proposal Cost Bidding Spreadsheet.
Proposals must include all requested items and quantities listed on the Proposal Cost Bidding Spreadsheet to be considered; no substitutions will be accepted.
The vendor shall certify that they are a Cisco Registered Partner as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that they have the certification/specialization level required by Cisco to support both the product sale and product pricing.
Notes: All proposals Cost files and Cost Bidding Spreadsheets must only be electronically submitted through the PlanetBids system.
