AMAG ServersThe contract solicitation N6883626Q0028, titled AMAG Servers, seeks the procurement of five servers with an option to purchase an additional five, to replace existing Dell PowerEdge R6515 units at Naval Air Station Jacksonville. The requirement is for a refresh of AMAG servers used by the Security Department, with all units required to be compatible with existing 8-inch by 2.5-inch server racks. Servers may be refurbished but must meet specified technical and performance standards outlined in the Description of Requirement. Each server must be uniquely identified with a DoD-approved UID or equivalent per MIL-STD-130, with labeling and packaging complying with MIL-STD-129 and verified using machine-readable automatic identification technology. The evaluation is based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach, where technical acceptability is a pass/fail gate requiring confirmation of brand name, model, configuration, delivery within 30 days of award, and proof of authorized reseller or distributor status. Price evaluation includes the total cost of the base requirement plus all option quantities, with unbalanced option pricing potentially rendering an offer unacceptable. A 10 percent price factor is applied to all offers except those from HUBZone or other qualifying small business concerns that have not waived the preference. Quotes must be submitted electronically in PDF format by June 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET, to designated Navy email addresses, and must include three volumes: administrative and pricing documentation via SF 1449, technical capability evidence including authorization credentials, and contractor responsibility certifications verified through SAM.gov. All contractors must have current and accurate representations and certifications in SAM.gov, including CAGE code, UEI, and business size, and must comply with numerous FAR and DFARS clauses addressing security prohibitions, foreign procurement restrictions, electronic invoicing via WAWF, and compliance with DoD supply chain regulations. Payment and receiving reports must be submitted using WAWF with specified DoDAACs including N50082 for pay and N00207 for inspection and delivery. Deliveries are FOB destination to Building 876, Allegheny Road, NAS Jacksonville, FL 32212, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. All questions must be submitted by June 15, 202
