Proposals are to be submitted to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5851 by Monday, August 17, 2026, at 4:00:00 p.m. (Pacific). It is each proposer’s responsibility, when submitting its proposal electronically via Bid Locker, to ensure timely delivery by submitting its proposal sufficiently in advance of the deadline. Before vendors can submit their proposal, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. Facsimile, mailed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be opened publicly and read aloud.

It is the Vendor’s responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker’s website to check for any available amendments or addenda, responses to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding this opportunity.
