ITS, as custodians of the Table Mountain Field Site and Radio Quiet Zone, Cistern Cleaning Service on Table Mountain as part of the regular Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities.


The objective is to obtain comprehensive services for professional cleaning, sanitization, and condition assessment of five (5) potable water cisterns. The ultimate performance outcome is to have all five cisterns inspected and certified as clean, sanitary, and fit for storing potable water in accordance with all applicable industry and state standards. This SOW also includes a provision for the replacement of any cistern deemed unserviceable, upon government authorization.


The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and expertise required to perform inspection, cleaning, sanitization, water quality testing, and potential replacement of potable water cisterns at the locations specified in the attached SOW. The work shall be performed on the cisterns located at or near the following buildings on the Table Mountain Field Site: I10C, A4, F2, F5, F6, T2, B9.
