This Sources Sought Notice is intended only for information and planning purposes at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Commerce. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to revise the requirements of the proposed action before the release of any associated solicitation. This notice is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ).
