The project is located at 31889 Corydon Suite 170 in Lake Elsinore, Riverside County, California, and will operate within an existing 4,925 square foot building. The operation will utilize grid electricity and a retail water supplier, and it involves no demolition or structural modifications. The project is designated as a Class 32 Categorical Exemption for in-fill development, meaning it is exempt from further environmental review. This exemption is based on the project's consistency with general plan and zoning regulations, its location within city limits on a site under five acres surrounded by urban uses, and the determination that it will not significantly impact traffic, noise, air, or water quality. The site is confirmed to have no value as a habitat for endangered or threatened species and can be adequately served by existing public utilities.
