Citrus and Oleander at Santa Ana Avenue

The City of Fontana has approved Master Case No. 23-0100-R1 and Design Review No. 22-000062-R2, effective October 21, 2025. This project involves the revision of a previously approved site and architectural design for the construction of an 83,632 square foot industrial commerce center. The facility will include office space and associated site improvements on a 4.6-acre parcel identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 0255-011-15, located on the east side of Oleander Avenue and north of Santa Ana Avenue in San Bernardino County. The project is compliant with the California Environmental Quality Act and the City of Fontana's 2019 Local CEQA Guidelines, supported by an Addendum to the Citrus and Oleander Avenue at Santa Ana Avenue Project EIR. As a condition of approval, the city has adopted mitigation measures, a Mitigation Monitoring or Reporting Plan, a Statement of Overriding Considerations, and specific findings to ensure no new significant environmental impacts occur.
