City College of San Francisco Parking Structure Project

The City College of San Francisco Parking Structure Project is planned for a 68,000-square-foot site at 95 Frida Kahlo Way on the Ocean Campus, featuring a five-level parking garage with a footprint of approximately 200,000 square feet and a maximum height of 52.5 feet to the parapet, with provisions to later install photovoltaic panels extending the structure to approximately 58 feet above grade. The facility will offer around 641 vehicle parking spaces, including dedicated areas on the ground floor for the Campus Police Department and Custodial Services, totaling about 7,500 square feet.
