City Hall Courtyard Improvements

Bid #CH-5177: The Courtyard Improvement project involves removing an existing wood-framed wall and portions of an existing concrete retaining wall and footing in the courtyard area north of the City Hall public entrance. The project is understood to include electrical removals (lighting, conduit, wiring, cameras, irrigation controller, pull box relocation), clearing and grubbing, tree and shrub removals, wall and fountain demolition, irrigation modifications, sidewalk demo and reconstruction, grading/export, underground conduit and bollard lighting installation, stucco finish on existing wall, bench relocations, and other appurtenant work. The project also includes hazardous material (lead and asbestos) abatement, temporary traffic control, site maintenance, and SWPCP/BMP implementation. The work requires coordination with existing City Hall operations and adherence to strict safety and environmental protocols.
