City Hall Courtyard Improvements

The City of Camarillo is soliciting bids for the City Hall Courtyard Improvements project (CH-5177), located at 601 Carmen Drive. The scope of work involves comprehensive demolition and site improvements in the courtyard area north of the public entrance, including the removal of wood-framed walls, concrete retaining walls, and footings, as well as lead and asbestos abatement. Additional requirements include electrical removals and installations for bollard lighting and conduit, irrigation modifications, sidewalk reconstruction, grading, and the application of a stucco finish to existing walls. The contractor is responsible for adhering to the 2024 Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction and the 2025 California Green Building Standards Code.
