The work under this contract shall be performed entirely within the City of Burbank, and consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the City Hall Fountain and Modernization. The Project proposes to restore the City Hall fountain to operational condition. The work includes the modernization and improvement of the fountain infrastructure to include the use of recycled water, new hydraulics, new lighting systems; and the construction of a new pump equipment vault concealed under existing planted areas on the Southwest front of City Hall. The project will also include restoration of the fountain waterproofing system, repair of damaged tile, plaster, and other historic elements. THE CITY OF BURBANK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR DELETE FROM, THE QUANTITIES OF THIS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME.
