The City of Bellevue has issued a Small Public Works Invitation to Quote, solicitation number 26099, for electrical upgrades at the Police Department lower level. The project involves installing two power duplexes and four data ports for two 85-inch TV monitors in room LL-113, multiple floor boxes for report-writing cubicles, and two new data ports for an existing wall-mounted TV on the north wall of the report-writing area. The estimated project value is 27,000.00 dollars, with a bid deadline of September 29, 2026, and a required completion date of October 30, 2026. Work must be performed during standard business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and requires adherence to prevailing wage laws and the procurement of necessary electrical permits and inspections. Because the work is located within police-secured spaces, all electricians must pass a police background check, fingerprinting, and complete online training with a test. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for labeling duplexes and data ports according to City of Bellevue IT standards and electrical box locations, with specific details to be provided at a later date.
