The City of Calgary's RFP 26-1712 seeks a single vendor to provide an integrated online survey and panel management solution for the Corporate Research Team (CRT). The solution will support the design, distribution, administration, analysis, and reporting of internal and public surveys, while enabling the management of citizen and stakeholder research panels exceeding 10,000 members. The scope includes implementation, proof of concept, system configuration, integration, training, support, maintenance, and ongoing account management services. The City is seeking a scalable and user-friendly platform that offers advanced survey programming, distribution and reporting capabilities, robust panel management functionality, strong security and privacy controls, Canadian data hosting, accessibility compliance, and integration with The City's technology environment, including single sign-on capabilities. The overall objective is to establish a long-term solution that enhances the City's ability to conduct research, engage with residents and employees, support data-informed decision-making, and accommodate future growth and evolving business requirements. Proposals will be evaluated based on business and functional capabilities, vendor experience and qualifications, security and technical requirements, pricing, and solution demonstration.
The Agreement will include a PoC (Proof of Concept) for three (3) months.

City of Calgary - Request for Proposal - 26-1755 Fully Managed Network Services and Private 5G Test Environment for Wave Tech Centre (Formerly 26-1552)
Solicitation # AB-2026-06915
The City of Calgary is seeking proposals under RFP 26-1755 for a fully managed network environment to support the Wave Tech Centre. This project replaces a previous solicitation and requires a comprehensive solution that integrates LAN switching, routing, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, and firewalling into a single managed service. The network will utilize a multi-site architecture connected via City-supplied single-mode fibre and dual Internet service providers using Border Gateway Protocol. To maintain security, the environment will remain air-gapped from the City's operational network, with limited integrations for identity services and security logging. A critical requirement of this contract is the implementation and operation of a private 5G indoor and outdoor test environment. While the City retains the spectrum license, the selected proponent is responsible for technical compliance and documentation. The successful vendor will provide operational monitoring, reporting, lifecycle management, and knowledge transfer, ensuring the system can scale for future growth. Proposals are due by October 29, 2026, for this non-critical network that requires business-hours availability and performance standards.
