The City of Green River, Utah, is soliciting qualified consultants through Request for Qualifications RA26-154 to provide project management and technical services under the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant program. The goal is to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan focused on improving roadway safety along Main Street and other priority corridors in Green River over a 12-month period following the Notice to Proceed.
