The City of Hagan is requesting qualifications and proposals for selecting an Engineering Firm to provide Public Streets, Water, Stormwater and Sewer Systems Services. Engineering services will include but are not limited to planning, design, cost estimating, bidding, contracting, construction oversight, quality control, and project closeout.
The selection of an Engineer for the project will be based on qualifications as they relate to the community and economic development needs of the City of Hagan. All contracts are subject to State contract provisions prescribed by the GA DCA.
Firms interested in submitting proposals for this project are asked to review (download the Statement of Qualifications Form and RFP Scoring Criterion form from the GA Procurement Registry (https://ssl.doas.state.ga.us/gpr/index)) before submittal.
