PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that sealed bids will be received at the Johnstown City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, P.O. Box 160, 33-41 East Main Street, Johnstown, New York 12095 up to 11:00a.m on the 15th day of July, 2023 for a street resurfacing project within the City of Johnstown, New York.   Prospective bidders may obtain copies of specifications and bid forms at the office of either the City Engineer at 27 E. Main Street Johnstown, New York 12095 or the City Clerk in City Hall, 33-41 East Main Street, Johnstown, New York. Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p m. Specifications and bid forms will be available by Wednesday, June 18nd, 2024.  All bids should be plainly marked 2025 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT on the outside of the envelope.  All bids should be returned intact either personally to the offices of either the City Engineer or the City Clerk and receipt obtained or by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested.  A complete set of specifications will be given to the successful bidder. All bids to be publicly opened by the City Engineer and the City Clerk in the 2nd floor conference room of City Hall at 33-41 E.
