The City of Leduc invites Proponents to submit a formal proposal in response to this Request for Proposals to provide a Retail Gap & Commercial Land Analysis and Mapping with the intent to negotiate and enter into a Contract with the City for the Services. The objective of this Request for Proposals is to solicit qualified and experienced consultant(s) to complete a study that will provide the City with evidence-based market intelligence and actionable recommendations to support planning, feasibility work, investment attraction, business retention and expansion, land-use planning, mapping, and long-term economic development.
