(SCEC) is the awarded Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the CITY OF OAKLAND PARK (COOP ). This is a federally funded project that must meet all appropriate federal guidelines, including Buy America Act, Davis-Bacon wages, and related acts, including Davis-Bacon and Related Acts as well as Section 3.
