The City of Pflugerville (City) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Professional Services to provide professional engineering services to update the City’s Engineering Design Manual (EDM) and Construction Standards that was last updated in 2014. Enclosed for your consideration is a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFQ). The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to provide a general understanding of a firm’s technical expertise in the areas of design and construction standards for City maintained infrastructure. The City of Pflugerville will use the provided Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to match the most technically qualified firm with the City’s planned updated to the EDM in fiscal year 2025. The submission of a Statement of Qualifications is voluntary and electing not to submit does not prevent a firm from being eligible for selection on a future City of Pflugerville project. To be considered for this project, your firm must meet the qualifications and satisfy the requirements set forth in the RFQ. If you are interested in being considered, please submit your SOQ by 4 p.m., Friday, November 22, 2024, through Civcast. The submission date for questions, clarifications, or requests for general information is 2 p.m., Friday, November 8, 2024. Any requests received after this date will be returned and not addressed.
