City of Reynolds CDBG 2027 RFP

The City of Reynolds, through the River Valley Regional Commission, is soliciting proposals for engineering services to support sewer, water, street, and drainage improvements under the CDBG 2027 program. Proposals must be submitted to the River Valley Regional Commission office at 710 Front Avenue, Columbus, Georgia, no later than 3:00 p.m. on August 31, 2026, and will be evaluated based on the responsiveness and advantage of the offeror, with selection going to the most qualified and responsible bidder.
