CITY OF SNOHOMISH REQUEST FOR QUOTES MANHOLE REHABILITATION PROJECT The City of Snohomish (City) is requesting quotes from qualified contractors to perform rehabilitation work on several sanitary sewer manholes located throughout the City. The project includes the rehabilitation of the Shadowood Force Main Manhole, Lincoln and Rainier Force Main Manhole, Ferguson Force Main Manhole, Hill Park Force Main Manhole, Rainbow Force Main Manhole. Work may include cleaning, inspection, surface preparation, grouting cementitious repairs, protective coatings or linings, frame and cover adjustments, minor concrete repairs, and related improvements. Quotes must be received no later than 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) on Friday, September 18, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered. Contractors are responsible for verifying receipt of their email submission. Submittals shall be submitted electronically in PDF format by email to Siobhan Waltman at waltman@snohomishwa.gov with “Manhole Rehabilitation Quote” in the email subject line. A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Pacific Time). Interested contractors shall meet at the Public Works Shop, 1801 1st Street, Snohomish, WA 98290.
