This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Supply of One (1) Waste Collection Vehicle as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
