The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed sole source is A E David Uniforms. The purchase is for Civilian Police Uniforms including measurements, attachment of patches/badges/rank/name tape, and delivery to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
