Public Service Easement Vacation to vacate an 8-foot-wide sewer easement located across 13 private parcels on Hathaway Street, Cosmo Court, Amoroso Street, Eckstrom Avenue, and Mustang Street (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 420-010-09, 420-010-10, 420-010-23, 420-010-31, 420-021-06, 420-021-07, 420-021-08, 420-022-02, 420-022-03, 420-022-04, 420-023-01, 420-023-02, 420-023-15). The Clairemont Mesa East Improvements 1 project has been completed, and no new development or grading is proposed. The public service sewer easement is no longer necessary since the sewer facilities have been realigned and installed within the City's public right-of-way.
