The City of Saskatoon is seeking quotes from a qualified contractor to perform essential restoration and lining work on the effluent flume serving Clarifier?C at the Water Treatment Plant (WTP). A leak identified in 2023 confirmed the need for targeted repairs, containment measures, and full coating of the flume, along with coordinated shutdowns of Clarifiers?C and?D. The City requires a contractor with demonstrated experience in cold-weather construction, temporary heating and hoarding, flume rehabilitation, and certified coating installation. This procurement will secure construction services and accredited quality assurance inspection services to ensure the flume is restored safely, reliably, and in accordance with WTP operational and regulatory requirements.
