This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by the City of Saskatoon (the “City”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the City and provide the information requested below. The City of Saskatoon is seeking high-level information from vendors, including consulting firms and implementation partners, with experience in performance management and job architecture frameworks, including competency, skills, and goal frameworks, as well as SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM). This information will support the City in gaining a better understanding of available approaches, capabilities, and key considerations to inform a potential future initiative.
