The Project includes the following Work: 1. Upgrade to the existing Town of Clarksville Water Treatment Plant to expand capacity from 1 MGD to 2 MGD. 2. Replacement of existing Raw Water Pumps and associated controls. 3. Construction of clarifier basin and installation of equipment associated with pulsating sludge blanket type flocculating clarifier. 4. Demolition of existing flocculation and sedimentation basins. 5. Removal of existing chemical feed equipment and filters. 6. Partial demolition of treatment building. 7. Expansion of existing treatment building and installation of multimedia filter units. 8. Construction of cast-in-place clearwell with finish water and backwash water pumping station above grade. 9. Construction of Equalization Tank, Sanitary Sewer Pump Station, and Forcemain. 10.
