This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution Pekin, IL is issuing a solicitation, 15B41126Q00000003, for IL Class B Water Testing Services at the Federal Correctional Institution FCI Pekin, IL. This RFQ will result in the award of a single contract. The contract type will be an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm fixed unit prices. The contract will be for a base year TBD at the time of award with up to four (4) option years TBD at the time of award plus a possible six (6) month extension. The estimated number of sessions will be twelve (12) sessions for the base year and each of the option years, with a possible 6-month extension for an additional six (6) sessions.
