This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-22-Q-0114. This procurement is 100% ISBEE set-aside under NAICS code 541612 with a standard business size of 16.5 million. The Indian Health Services intends to make a single award for Classification Services for the Oklahoma City Area Office in Oklahoma City, OK. In support to the information in FAR 52.212-1 & FAR 52.212-2 (attached, A.11), prospective contractors shall provide the following: (1) Dun and Bradstreet Number (note: Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). (2) All-inclusive firm fixed-price for Classification Services on a full-time basis at 2080 hour per year.
