Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6, subpart 6.302-1, the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, Pine Bluff Contracting Office, intends to award a sole source contract for Clayton boilers to Clayton Industries. Clayton Industries is the proprietary company for the boilers. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 332410 is applicable. Small business size standard is 500 Employees. The Sole Source will be awarded to Clayton Manufacturing Company, DBA Clayton Industries, 17477 Hurley St., City of Industry, CA 91744-5106. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Government's needs.
