NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Ontario will receive sealed bids for the Canandaigua Lake County Sewer District Pump Station 6E Bypass. Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 PM prevailing time, Wednesday, May, 21, 2025 at which time the bids will be publicly open and read via Webex meeting. Said meeting will be held at Ontario County Department of Public Works Conference Room, 2962 County Road 48, Canandaigua, New York 14424. All interested parties are strongly urged to attend. Bid forms, Drawings, and Specifications may be downloaded from the County’s e-Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ontariocountyny. Hard copies will be available for a refunded deposit of $100.00 per set (U.S. FUNDS). Cross sections will be provided upon request in electronic version (PDF files) only. Checks shall be made payable to the Ontario County Treasurer. No bidder shall receive documents prior to receipt of a deposit by the Purchasing Department. Bidders requesting arrangements other than U.S. Mail shall be responsible for making such arrangements and all associated costs.
