The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue a sole source solicitation for procurement of CLCW Plate Heat Exchanger spares. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The anticipated contract action will include firm-fixed-price contract line items for acoustic calibration stations. Ameridex USA Plate Heat Exchanger, LLC is considered the only supplier who can provide the required items.
