Solicitation 36C25227Q0019 is a request for quotes from the Department of Veterans Affairs for a Boiler Water Treatment Program at the VA Illiana Health Care System in Danville, Illinois. This firm-fixed-price contract is a total small business set-aside, with additional preference given to Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to implement and monitor a treatment program for sixteen low-pressure steam boilers across six locations, as well as the monitoring and cleaning of one cooling tower twice per year. The contract structure consists of a one-year base period starting November 1, 2026, with four subsequent one-year options extending through October 31, 2031.
